Description The Business Manager/Controller will be responsible for the financial operations of a Heavy Civil Construction company. The Business Manager will report to the President and CFO and will be responsible for managing the business and administrative operations of the company. The Business Manager/Controller will join a team of senior managers in reporting to the President and providing senior management for all aspects of the organization. The specific functions assigned to the Business Manager include company and project job cost accounting, human resources, office administration and operations, compliance, and supervision of administrative staff. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
