Job Type: Full-time, On-site Salary: $19 to $26 per hour Job Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will be at the forefront of our event operations, gaining hands-on experience in planning and executing a diverse range of events. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate gatherings, weddings, and community outreach activities Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products Prepare and organize event materials, documents, and logistics Assist with on-site event setup, including staging, signage, and decoration Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service Maintain event budgets and track expenses.
