We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events that embody our company’s vision and values. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events.
• Oversee event logistics, including registration processes, transportation, accommodations, and catering arrangements.
• Create and maintain detailed event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and attendee lists.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
• Manage on-site event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
