As an Events Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of various client and internal events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and organization of corporate and promotional events Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams Support on-site event setup and breakdown Prepare event materials, schedules, and logistics Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met Provide administrative support to the Events Manager Assist with post-event reporting and analysis Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders involved Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic event management tools Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $63,000 per year Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive and creative team environment On-the-job skills development and training Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options Alphabe Insight Inc
