Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and seminars. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly and aligns with client expectations and company standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all logistical needs are met
Prepare materials, schedules, and guest lists for events
Oversee on-site event operations and provide support during events
Maintain accurate records of event details, expenses, and post-event evaluations
Collaborate with internal departments to align event goals with business strategies
Provide administrative support as needed to the Events Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience in event planning or administrative support (1+ year preferred)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
