The Opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those involved in leadership development programs for future leaders. You will join a dynamic, national team of experienced coaches focused on empowering individuals to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact. Your focus will be on creating transformative shifts through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and other modalities.

You will also contribute to the coaching practice and the broader Leadership Development team by gathering feedback, sharing insights, and engaging as a thought leader in coaching methodologies and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing a book of at least 35 clients.
  • Delivering exceptional coaching experiences to enhance the Leadership Development brand and practice growth.
  • Seeking client feedback regularly to improve coaching effectiveness.
  • Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
  • Collaborating with the coaching team, sharing best practices, and supporting team growth.
  • Building strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to understand coaching demand.
  • Sharing coaching impact and insights with business and Talent stakeholders.
  • Preparing and delivering coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours or travel as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services.
  • ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture.
  • Excellent communication skills for thought leadership and brand enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Accreditation to work with The Leadership Circle Profile.
  • Certification in Immunity to Change for individuals and teams.
