Job Description

In preparation for the re-opening of a prominent Hollywood nightclub. We are seeking an experienced Nightlife General Manager to oversee all aspects of late night operations and committed to achieving high standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has at least three years of experience in nightlife.
Must have at least 3+ years experience as an operations manager in live events and/or club operations

The General Manager will be responsible in ensuring the night runs as smoothly as possible, with seamless service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients. Opening and closing protocols must be followed and maintained. Must be able to multitask and assist all departments of the venue.

Qualifications:

- Ability to manage all aspects of the bar, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
* Strong background in bar preparation, cash handling and bartending.
* Skilled in using POS systems and inventory management
* Foster a positive work environment by leading and motivating staff members to deliver outstanding service.
* Must be able to create and maintain a team atmosphere and ensure that employees are appropriately trained and have an adequate workload.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and implementing all protocols
* Maintain opening and closing procedures.
* Handling customer concerns and questions
* Strong network with promoters to insure a successful lineup and schedule is maintained for all events/nights
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 65,000.00 70,000.00 Per Year
