• Base Compensation: Negotiable Starting at $350,000-$400,000 + Bonus (To Be Discussed Privately)
• Schedule: M – F, 8a – 5p
• No Holidays, No Weekends, Call is Negligible
• Support Staff Includes 1 NP, 2 MA’s, 1 Office Manager, and 1 receptionist

This Interventional Pain Management opportunity offers you the ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor at an outpatient pain management private practice in beautiful Erie, Pennsylvania. • Facility Profile: Regional, outpatient private practice
• ADC: Approx. 22-26 cases/day – NP sees medical management and follow up’s
• Support Staff: 1 NP, 2 MA’s, 1 Office Manager, 1 Receptionist
• BC/BE: PM&R, Anesthesia, Pain Management Certification Required
• Case Mix: Cervical ESI, Lumbar ESI, Transforaminal ESI, MBB & RFA, SCS Trial, Pump Trial, MSK injection, Peripheral Nerve Root Block (PNRB)
• Schedule: 8a – 5p (start and end time may vary based on patient need), No Holidays, Call is Negligible.
• EMR: Care Cloud
• Compensation: Negotiable, starting at $300,000-$400,000 plus Bonus. Overall annual compensation and bonus structure will be discussed privately. High income earning potential.
• PTO & CME Stipend: TBD
