Job Description

Location: Denver, CO

Project Controls Engineer

The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Jobsite documentation (RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
  • Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
  • Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
  • Attend project meetings
  • Write and track purchase orders and subcontracts
  • Update project schedules
  • Craft productivity tracking

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficient in learning and applying technical concepts
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)

Education and Experience

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in Project Controls or Administrative Support preferred
