The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Enablement Manager to elevate our sales enablement function. In this role, you will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to equip our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, and processes they need to succeed. You will be at the forefront of optimizing sales engagement with our buyer personas, improving data hygiene, and driving accurate ARR forecasting.

Who You Are:
Proven experience in creating and executing persona-driven sales enablement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented messaging.
Strong experience in developing and delivering interactive sales training programs and coaching.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and best practices for pipeline management and data hygiene.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience as a quota-carrying sales person and/or a sales manager
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in specialty areas relevant to Ambience Healthcare.
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and content authoring tools.
Pay Transparency
The base compensation for this role is approximately $150,000 - $225,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets. We’ve intentionally allocated a wider range so that candidates have more flexibility to choose the desired cash/equity split that works for them. Philosophically, we lean towards generous equity grants so that our team truly gets to share in the impact they create.
