**Position Overview:** The Retail Sales Business Intelligence Analyst drives data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across retail sales and marketing functions. This role combines analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and data strategy elements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Analyze and interpret data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improving operations and marketing.
+ Create and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
+ Ensure data accuracy by troubleshooting discrepancies and implementing quality control measures.
+ Customize and configure Salesforce, including workflows, dashboards, and reports, to meet business needs.
+ Manage Salesforce user roles, permissions, and data security to ensure compliance and performance.
+ Provide training and support to Salesforce users to encourage practical tool usage and adoption.
+ Design, implement, and maintain databases to support business intelligence efforts.
+ Optimize database performance and implement backup and recovery strategies to protect data.
+ Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and maintain communication tools like SharePoint.
+ Apply advanced analytics for predictive modeling and stay updated on BI, data visualization, and CRM technologies.

**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 3 or more years of experience in data analysis and modeling using SQL, Tableau, and BI reporting tools.
+ Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, including spreadsheet manipulation and pivot table creation.
+ Intermediate experience with SQL, Tableau, and BI reporting.
+ Experience with CRM systems, including agent onboarding and compensation automation.
+ Familiarity with integrating third-party tools into CRM platforms across sales, marketing, and finance.
+ Strong collaboration and alignment-building capabilities.
+ Effective time management and the ability to execute projects on schedule.
+ Skilled in evaluating the business value of new technologies and vendors.
+ Understanding and experience with the Exchange program.
