Join our Human Resources team in San Diego as the Sr. HR Manager, Total Rewards, where you'll assist in shaping and maintaining the programs that keep our employees happy, healthy, and engaged. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for everything from medical and dental benefits to communicating our fair and equitable employee compensation plans while ensuring our employees have the best resources and up to date information.
This will be a hybrid role in our San Diego, CA office.
JOB SUMMARY:
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, Total Rewards, your role is to design, develop, and implement compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain employees. You will work closely with other HR team members and department managers to ensure that the organization is providing a fair and competitive rewards system that aligns with the company's goals and values. Your responsibilities will include analyzing employee compensation data, researching industry trends, conducting market surveys, and evaluating the effectiveness of existing rewards programs.

The full-time salary range for this posted position is $160,000 to $180,000 and may be eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus. Actual pay rates are determined by considering multiple factors including qualifications, relevance of experience, education & credentials, subject matter expertise, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
