Requirements Manage all shift activity on the sales floor for a team of 10-30. Promptly and professionally handle customer service requests. Count cash drawers for accuracy. Perform opening and closing checklists and reports. Keep store shelves stocked and merchandised. Assist with in-store promotions. Monitor store for loss prevention and cannabis compliance (training provided). Troubleshoot POS and system issues as they arise. Skills & Requirements Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required; priority given to candidates with experience. Minimum 2 years in retail, hospitality, lodging, or front-line customer service. Age 21 or over. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Ability to independently solve technical problems. High school diploma or GED. Flexible to work long days and weekends. Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Word/Excel is a plus. Interest in learning about cannabis and inspiring team learning. Professional, personable, positive attitude, organized, results-driven. Team player willing to support colleagues and customers.
