Your Opportunity :
This is a Full-Time, salaried leadership role based in Bradenton, FL. The Practice Manager will play a central role in the hospital’s success—supporting operations, mentoring staff, partnering with the Medical Director, and ensuring the highest level of client and patient care.
  • Schedule: Full Time
  • Weekend Support: Rotating weekends, as needed to support business needs.
  • Holidays: Closed on all major holidays

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $65,000 annually , with room for negotiation based on experience
  • Annual performance bonus based on individual and hospital performance
  • Preference given to applicants with CVPM or CVBL certification or equivalent experience

Core Responsibilities

Team Support & Leadership
  • Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to all team members
  • Partner with the Medical Director to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and strong clinical alignment
  • Maintain visibility and open communication across all departments
Operations & Workflow
  • Manage daily hospital operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource planning
  • Oversee inventory and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
  • Support onboarding, training, and development across the team
Financial Oversight
  • Collaborate with Innovetive Petcare's operational team on budgeting and financial planning
  • Monitor hospital performance and use KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to long-term growth strategies, including service expansion
Client Experience & Community Relations
  • Champion a client-first culture focused on kindness, professionalism, and medical excellence
  • Address client concerns with empathy and integrity
  • Represent the hospital at community events and build lasting relationships with pet owners

Desired Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a veterinary or medical setting
  • Previous experience overseeing hospital operations, staff, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with veterinary practice management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, EzyVet, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability
Preferred Credentials
  • Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) or
  • Certified Veterinary Business Leader (CVBL)
  • Candidates with equivalent leadership experience in a clinical setting will also be considered
