We are looking for a forward-thinking, eager, self-starter with good technical skills for a Website Design position. This is a hybrid position for local candidates.
This position will develop the website and support users of all skill levels, from entry-level and volunteers to Executive Directors and Board Members. Web development will take place using a WYSIWYG website editor. Training and support requires direct contact with customers through phone, email and Zoom to assist with the setup and use of their accounts.
The successful candidate will be able to listen and develop carefully and provide complete and accurate and modern websites and answer questions in a customer-friendly way. This role requires that you manage multiple websites across multiple customers each day in a timely fashion, so the ability to multi-task and stay organized is extremely important.
What You'll Do:
Design and build web pages for clients using our built-in WYSIWYG website editor
Customize and style client sites within the framework of our platform (HTML/CSS knowledge a plus)
Troubleshoot layout issues and provide creative solutions
Provide prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email, and live chat
Assist clients with questions related to their websites, online donation forms, event pages, and membership modules
Train clients on how to update their web content and use DonorView's online tools
Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements
Maintain documentation and support materials as needed
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience with WYSIWYG or no-code web builders (e.g., Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS preferred
Experience working in a customer support or customer success capacity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
A team player with a proactive attitude and a knack for problem-solving
Passion for helping mission-driven organizations succeed

Experience working with nonprofits or donor management systems
Familiarity with CRMs, email marketing tools, or fundraising platforms
Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles
