SiteScapes is a design-focused manufacturer of outdoor site furnishings based in Lincoln, Nebraska. We specialize in high-quality benches, trash receptacles, bike racks, planters, tables, and other site amenities built for public spaces. Our clients include but are not limited to municipalities, universities, parks departments, commercial developers, and landscape architects across the U.S.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our team. Within your territory, You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, preparing estimates, and guiding clients through the construction project process - from initial inquiry to completion. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and track potential projects using lead-based software.
  • Prospect and profile new accounts to generate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Read architectural drawings to accurately prepare and deliver quotes.
  • Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Provide both pre and after-sale support and respond to customer inquiries regarding products.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our enterprise resource systems.
  • Answer and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred, ideally within the construction industry.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure the timely completion of proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable with the internet, MS Office, email communication, and web tools.
  • Must be highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and a desire to work in a casual, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: The position offers a combination of hourly base pay, commissions, and potential sales bonuses. The salary range is dependent on education, certifications, and experience. Qualified candidates should expect to earn 70K - 90K in their first year with a potential to earn six figures in the following years.

  • Additional Information: Preference will be given to applicants with strong customer relationship skills, technology experience, and a solid sales background.
  • Schedule:  This job listing is for an in person role. Candidates must be able to locate to and work from Lincoln, NE. Hours are 8am - 5pm; Mon-Friday with remote work option on Fridays.
